Introduction
We live in a time when health is the understanding of that which we are part of, that is in motion to be born - the New Age of Balance.
The Theory of Health
Human consciousness is bi-polar, which on the one hand allows us to become self aware, but on the other, makes us un-whole and incomplete. Thus health (well- and ill-ness) is a state of being accessible to those who choose and allow their human nature, to flow with the rhythm/evolution of "All that is". As all is in flux, we constantly need to re-balance to regain and/or maintain well-ness. Human ill-ness em-bodies itself in symptoms. Symptoms are part of our consciousness shadow and we are constantly forced to live out and real-ise precisely those things that we least want to. Once we have discovered what we are lacking, the symptoms become superfluous. We are whole the moment we discover our true self and become one with all that is.
A Non-Therapeutic Modality
It is an accepted principle that no person can heal another. The key to this system is knowing how to activate and/or enhance the individuals innate self-heal ability by establishing an environment for healing to take place. The natural Way of health includes any principal of body, mind and spirit that builds harmony and well-ness within humans.
The logo expresses
- A natural way of health.
- The never ending story … of the motion of creation with Man and nature in harmony on a journey of growth to wholeness … to be.
Concepts
- It looks at health from the perspective of the PURPOSE OF LIFE.
- It encourages SELF-study, self-help, self-heal.
- It is firstly a PREVENTATIVE health system.
- It taps into the NATURAL REGENERATIVE ABILITY of the human body.
- It concentrates on RESTORING HEALTH rather than curing sickness.
- It understands the NEED to find and eliminate the CAUSES of illness.
- It includes client health EDUCATION.
Facilitation
This integrated hands-on/touch modality includes -
Spinal Care
The spine is the control center of the body and needs regular stimulation to ensure the free flow of energy for good physiological functioning: Soft loosening finger-touching techniques are used to regularize vertebrae and nerves. When nerve supply to areas and organs is effected normal body functions diminish (become diseased) and eventually death of parts or the whole occurs. Spinal degeneration can be prevented but is also reversible through energy stimulation, posture correction, spinal breathing and rehab exercise. SPINAL CARE is the most important preventative measure to GOOD HEALTH.
Detox Pressure Points
Pressure is applied to body stress points, on meridian lines, to REALEASE stagnated energy that causes the build-up of metabolic toxic waste.
Reflectology
The touch of specific POINTS on the feet that reflect positive color energy to the whole body - cells, organs, parts, regions and systems. Stagnated, fear related patterns change, which allows healing to take place.
Massage
A variety of hand and finger techniques and strokes of different intensity and rhythms are used to release stress/tension and blockages/knots. Through lymph drainage, toxic waste/lactic-acid that creates pain, is removed. This enhances energy flow and blood circulation, muscle tone, movement, relaxation, body awareness and self-care. Body/mind harmony/balance is restored. Herbal oils with its ancient wisdom and healing power is used. Above mentioned principles are performed in a specific pattern with a more wholistic effect.
Breath Work
Natural/Belly breathing ensures good health, as the solar plexus controls all physical body functions. From the 1st breath at birth this Life/Death rhythm keeps the biological clock of evolution in motion until death.
Nutrition
Natural food is "medicine" to man. "Herbs" is part of the land vegetable food group. "There is contained within nature a pattern of healing that responds and relates to every specific dysfunction within mankind." (Over lighting Deva of Flower Essences). Products are organic and home-grown, -prepared and -packed. Diet is unique to each human being.
Wholistic Exercise, Fitness and Rehab
Is part of health management plans and/or health rejuvenation programs and assists clients to live effectively and effortlessly by empowering their life style. It includes self-help at home, rehab under supervision, Fit for Life training and Tai Chi Chuan.
