Code of Ethics and Conduct Education and Background: An indication as to how and where the individual acquired the knowledge or ability to practice the modality / modalities, and any other relevant information. Where relevant, certified copies of diplomas or certificates should be provided.    LEGAL RECOGNITION COCHASA membership does not constitute statutory recognition. Only the relevant statutory Council can recommend a profession to the Minister of Health for official recognition.
